Dogs

One visit cannot be split into boarding and daycare services.
Rescue Rate ($5 off daily boarding rate) is applied per kennel, not per pet.
Feedings scheduled to reflect your dog’s home routine.
Abundant, fully-fenced, natural greenspaces. Perimeter fence is 8’ tall.
Medications administered as needed. For injectable medications, an $8/day administering fee will be applied.
Under-socialized guests are welcomed openly. To meet their individual needs, a $8/day convenience fee will be applied. (Applied per kennel, not per pet). *This applies to ANY dogs that cannot be OR are requested to be kept from mingling with others - for any reason.
Minimum of 6 supervised outdoor play sessions throughout the day. Sessions are 15-30 minutes each based on grouping and weather. Indoor play-spaces available as well.
State-of-the-art Sani Kennels by Midmark. Accommodation space based on breed size (4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 5’).
Geothermal heating & cooling.
Enrichment activities: treat puzzles, snuffle mats, Kongs, lick mats, laser chase etc.
Appropriate rest periods in-between play sessions with privacy curtains available to minimize stimuli.

Stainless steel bowls for water and feedings provided. Raised beds & extra bedding available, although personal items are encouraged for added comfort for your pet.

63 cubic ft. Cat Condo with multiple perches, enclosed litter box & sky-light roof.
Each guest/household is rotated out into the shared space, and Catio (if desired-seasonally available.)
Enrichment activities : laser games, treat puzzles, catio sessions, catnip (as requested), cat-wheel, relaxing music, cat trees, cuddle time and brushings.
No mingling of cats from different households.
Two litter-box cleanings per day. (Litter provided)
Fresh water.
Adaptil C.A.P. (Cat Appeasing Pheromones) diffusers.

Spacious, private, and naturally-lit room for accommodations.
Medications/supplements administered as needed. Detailed instructions must be provided and approved at time of booking.
All housing, food, and bedding must be provided by owners.
Fridge space available for any fresh greens, fruits, etc.

Pickups and drop-offs are accepted during listed hours only, unless an exception has been requested and approved. A $45 convenience fee may be applied to any exceptions made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this is our personal residence.
